Peanut is a rescued Chihuahua that survived a week alone at a local hiking spot. She had been on a hike with her human when she got spooked by another dog and took off into the surrounding woods. People from all over came together to search for little Peanut who was lost for five nights and six days in freezing weather. Fortunately this story has a happy ending -Peanut was found and now she has her own portrait!
